Is my private service or city main backing up?

If sewage only backs up when you use water (flush a toilet, run the dishwasher, washing machine, or take a shower/bath), the issue is most likely with the private service line.

If sewage constantly backs up even when you are not using water, the issue is most likely in the City main. For issues with the City main, see the contact information below:
