1. If a Tier II report is required, it must be submitted to three places:  the City of EnglewoodFire Marshal's office,Arapahoe Douglas County LEPC (via the Hazmat website: https://apps.douglas.co.us/apps/hazmat/login.xhtml ) and the State of Colorado- Department of Public Health & Environment ( https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe/tier-ii-hazardous-chemical-inventory-reporting )
   
   
2. Colorado recently passed legislation requiring the use of the EPA’s Tier2Submit software for submittal.  You can download this software from the EPA athttps://www.epa.gov/epcra/tier2-submit-software#tierii
