Yes, the City of Englewood offers a Memorial Tree and Bench Program for those who wish to honor a loved one or person or celebrate a special occasion and contribute to the beauty of the parks or open space.  

Memorial Tree Program

• A Memorial Tree not only gives a lasting legacy to a loved one or a meaningful event but also brings life and beauty to the community for years to come.  Memorial trees are acknowledged on a commemorative tree plaque located at the Englewood Civic Center or at the Broken Tee Golf Course, depending on location of the Memorial Tree.

Memorial Bench Program

• Effective January 2023, the Memorial Bench Program has temporarily been suspended.
