Yes, any group using a park or open space for the purpose of daycamp or daycare will be required to be licensed by the State of Colorado and will be classified as commercial use of a park accompanied by a fee of $100 and additional insurance.  No more than four (4) Commercial Use Permits will be issued to the same group or individual during a calendar year.

We ask that daycares and schools make prior arrangements to bring a group into the park.
